    A Jogeshwari West project was stuck in a 10-year delay, burdened with debt and collapsing buyer confidence. Two mandate firms attempted revival but drove only 8 sales in six months, leaving the micro-market disengaged and pricing stagnant at ₹19,000 psf.

    Shristi Residency sat in a dense slum pocket with 20 walk-ins a month and nearly 150 unsold units. CP interest was low, buyer confidence was weak, and the location was perceived as commercially difficult.

    Triumph deployed a dedicated sales team and drove intense micro-market engagement. They activated 179 Channel Partners through targeted communication and site familiarisation. Daily discipline and focused closures rebuilt traction quickly.
